The Garbage Man

24 May 2026 β€” 29 November 2026

Coming Soon

A large-scale recycled-material installation and sculpture show combining environmental critique with participatory, playful public experience.

From ARKEN Museum of Modern Art

ARKEN opens a large exhibition by Danish artist Thomas Dambo, known for monumental troll sculptures made from recycled materials. His work brings together art, fantasy, nature and reuse, creating participatory encounters grounded in curiosity, physical exploration and collective imagination. With roots in graffiti and street culture, Dambo uses upcycling and public engagement to blur the boundaries between fairy tale, activism and contemporary art.
