The youngest of David Zwirner's three New York spaces, 52 Walker opened in 2021 with a deliberately distinct mission: a program dedicated to underrepresented and historically overlooked artists. Located in Tribeca, it operates with an independent spirit from the Chelsea galleries, and has quickly established itself as one of the more adventurous spaces in the city.
