All the botanical work in the exhibition is made up of negative shapes , there is also geometry , in particular transformers. Linda’s interest in the unseen space was inspired by a Mondrian quote she read years ago “ empty space has no other function than to make life possible “. She worked in retail and Exhibtion display for 40 years handling fashion so is naturally comfortable with textiles....
